These terms govern access to our digital control platform for industrial cleaning systems. They apply to plant operators, maintenance teams, and quality assurance departments in production facilities, laboratories, and technical institutions.
ReinTech provides a software platform for process monitoring and control of automated cleaning systems. The platform records cleaning cycles, documents process parameters, and supports maintenance planning. The specific functions depend on the booked module and the respective system configuration. Individual consultation regarding suitability for your system is provided before the contract is concluded.
You are responsible for the proper integration of the platform into your existing system infrastructure as well as for the accuracy of the stored system and process data. Access credentials must be treated as confidential. Changes to control hardware or process parameters may only be made by authorized specialist personnel. We point out that the platform does not replace safety-relevant functions of machine control.
Use of the platform requires that your systems have the necessary interfaces and meet the minimum technical requirements. These will be communicated to you before the contract is concluded. A technician from our company can be commissioned for on-site setup; the costs for this will be disclosed transparently.
We strive to ensure high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. Maintenance windows are generally announced in advance. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is limited to cases of gross negligence and intent. Responsibility for the proper cleaning performance of your systems remains with you as the operator.
Contracts for platform use run for the agreed minimum term and are automatically renewed unless terminated in due time. The notice period is three months before the end of the contract. After termination of the contract, your data will be deleted in accordance with statutory retention periods or exported in a common format upon request.
We may adjust these terms if legal framework conditions or the scope of functions of the platform change. We will inform you of significant changes by email at least four weeks before they take effect. If you do not object within this period, the new terms will be deemed accepted.
