The platform connects to your existing control technology via standardized interfaces. Typically, two to three days on-site are sufficient for commissioning; afterwards, our technicians take over remote configuration of the process parameters.

What data does the system capture during a cleaning cycle?

Flow rates, temperatures, pressure curves, and the duration of individual phases are recorded. Additionally, the platform logs deviations from the setpoint and reports them directly to the responsible shift supervisor.

Can maintenance planning be adapted to our shift models?

Yes, maintenance windows can be defined per system and calendar week. The system takes into account both actual utilization and planned production breaks, and suggests suitable time slots.

How are employees trained on the new control system?

We offer a modular training concept: basic training for operators, advanced training for maintenance staff, and a separate module for process managers. The training sessions take place directly at your facility to maintain practical relevance.

What requirements must the IT infrastructure meet?

A stable network connection to the machine network and an industrial PC or server for data storage are required. The platform runs both on local systems and in a remote environment, depending on what your security policies allow.
